A Loving-Kindness Meditation is a simple meditation, repeating phrases of good will.

In this guided meditation:

  • Learn what Loving-Kindness Meditation is.
  • Have a teacher guide you through the meditation.
  • Receive a Guide to Metta Meditation sharing tips and ways to continue the practice of Loving-Kindness.

This is a free offering, and is an opportunity to infuse more positive energy into your life and this holiday season. The meditation will be 20 minutes, followed by Q&A. A great way to pause in your week!
